The Dream:

We are traveling Australia. I believe Tanya and Andy are there and I am assuming Frank as well, I know there are others. We have a guide. We have been all over the east coast and our guide has led us north. We are gathered on this small pile of rocks where the water surrounds them. The water is calm and the rocks are stable even though we appear to be at the oceans edge. There are fish we have come to see but they are dangerous - they either bite or their skin is poisonous to the human touch. They keep trying to rub against my feet and legs - they are freaking me out. The guides are telling me that we are at the end of our trip and did we want to see anything else before they return us home. I get the impression that we are at Ayres Rock / Alice Springs area (even though I know there is no ocean around this area). I tell my guides that I am sure there are towns near the west that I would love to pop into if we have the time. They / I get the impression that we only have to travel 178 miles (possibly kilos) to get to our original destination. We are deciding if we have time to visit these other places and go to our hotel room. It is really nice, in a cheesy sort of way. We turn the water on in the huge mauve hot tub and are trying to figure out how the water stays in the tub because it is sunken but the floor is somehow level. There are double French doors that separate the hot tub area from the main area but it is obvious at the tub fills up that it is going to over flow into the main area. The hot tub is huge and looks like it would sit 8-10 people. I referred to the rocks, from the beginning sequence, as rock island. (And, as I am typing this some 3 weeks later...I have a very strong sensation that the town I want or need to visit is called Horace or something similar...almost as if I have had another dream about visiting this town - and wonder if I have and it is typed up or written down somewhere.)

Hector and Jeanne have bought a new house. It is very nice and very large. Many people are coming through this house. Andy and I are talking to Ric and Ric is all talking about how he needs to manifest money. We tell him perhaps he should talk to Jeanne since she is the one who manifests the best. Ric goes off to ask Jeanne and I hear her laughing as she is going upstairs - because Ric's definition of manifesting is if he asks you ho to do it and you give him money because he explains to you why his is manifesting, well then -
that's manifesting - right? There is some discourse in this new house because the energy has changed and Hector and Jeanne seem to be bickering a lot, it seems like the house might have been a #5 house.

I have entered a new land. There is a commotion near the entry portal. Most of the village goes to investigate. We find a child bundled up - its right arm is broken. One of the women goes to get the child and rushes it off to get treatment. Then appears a dark haired John Lithgow bundled up in a big fur coat. He is angry and arrogant and thoroughly pissed that he has landed in a place where people populate. He demands we leave him to his seclusion. This is laughable as we are all strays in the universe that did not fit in, in other worlds, so we all ended up here where we created a new home. Our ambassador offers to send John back through the portal with two of our time angels (angel seekers) to find him a nice secluded place. John and our two angels (They are small tinkerbell size angels that travel inside an orb), disappear through the portal. The angels know they need to be quick because the portal has a tendency to shift and where you entered might not lead home if it shifts while you are inside the inter-dimensional portals. The angels are zooming along when they realize they have "lost" John. John has stopped in the middle of "no" time. The angels go back and find him on the ground naked, laying spread eagle on his fur coat. He jumps up when he sees / hears them and says he will stay here, where no other travels. It looks like a blizzard is coming, low visibility and snow flying everywhere. This is another sign that the portals are going to soon shift and the angels are anxious to get going so they decide if he wants to stay - then let him stay. The only problem is that no one, who has been inside the portal when the shift occurs, has ever been seen again. Theory is that other dimensions open to the individual but no one knows yet how to navigate it and return. They explain the risk to John who shoos them off and they merrily go on their way - having done their duty. John thinks for a moment and returns to the village where the angels came from to search for their commander (commissioner?). The commissioner is a beautiful, smart older female that John saw and decided he was in love with suddenly. Now he wants to pursue her instead of pursuing his solitude.

It gets choppy here. I am in a restaurant and inadvertently say something about someone who is famous and the commissioner has to come and introduce herself to me and tell me that I need to be very discrete regarding others fame. I feel extremely naive and am grateful to her for sharing her insight. They give me a job with the commissioners staff - I don't know what I do.

John is stalking the commissioner and an alert has been put out to the village. When he re-entered the portal on his own, it triggered our ambassadors to go to him but he snuck off before he was "greeted" However since he had entered before, our computers already knew who he was by his physical components. Everyone has been put on alert to find this man - John.

Another episode has a new waitress on the loud speaker telling the commissioner that someone famous is in the restaurant. The waitress is so excited she doesn't realize what she has done. They take her off to chastise her. The commissioner apologizes to the famous person.

I have broken the heel of my left shoe and am making my way back to my home to get a new pair of shoes. I pass the commissioner on the way and explain about the shoes. I comment on the waitress episode but not in a gossipy tone. The commissioner acknowledges my comment then returns to her office which is very near my own room.

The commissioner is in her office alone when John jumps out. The commissioner is startled but not too alarmed having expected to eventually see John at some point. John confesses his undying love to her. He says they can run off and be married and have 3 children. Because she is the commissioner, and part of her job is to consider, all plans brought forth, she carefully reviews his suggestions to be fair. She does a life review, past present, forward and sees the vision John has created for her life then she turns to him and tells him that she could not live that life. The life he proposes and explains why. She forces him to participate in the life review as well. I don't remember anymore of the outcome.

John is not a very stable character from the very beginning of his entry as is seen by him laying naked spread eagle on the ground. Then, his instant obsession with the commissioner seems odd after having only seen her in a crowd once and then proceeding to stalk her. She is an amazingly strong woman, and the life review was fascinating...the reason she held the position she did in the town was because of her ability to run forward and backward any proposition and very clearly, and vividly see what the effects of their choices would be (Wish our government had this ability with war and other issues on our plate in our times - how convenient would that be?). She was actually able to feel what it would be like, and to share (force to share) that experience with John so he would understand why she must refuse that direction.

Insights and Interpretations:

This was a freakin' awesome dream.  You might have had to be there though.  We aren't going to the far North when we go to Australia in April.  So, I don't know what that is...but maybe it is telling me to watch for some stuff.  The whole foot thing again and the grounding could be significant (both with the fish in Australia, and the breaking of the left shoe heel).   Remember in the one dream with the aliens, it tried to enter me in the water through my left foot...well this has a similar feel.  As far as the whole time   travel bit - and why use John Lithgow - what a hoot.  Anyway, I do cross the international time zone and loose a day going out and gain one coming back...so maybe that is significant.  I also just found out today (1-20-02) that my sister and I will be flying on the same international flight from LAX to Sydney.  Oh, yes and perhaps more significantly...we did manage to get our itineraries to line up so we are with each other in the outback.  Something I just found out yesterday, some month after the dream...hmmm (wink, wink - nudge, nudge) I am pure genius.  hahahah.  Ok, well, genius but slow at comprehension...what does that mean?  I guess it would help if I reviewed my dreams more often to see if they hold any relevance...rather than, when I type them...then having to look at them 3 weeks later when I have to interpret them.
