What does this dream mean..?

I had a dream last night about my boyfriend. We have been together for about 2 years now, and in my dream all of a sudden he was a total jerk to me, and we broke up. i slapped him in the face about 10000 times! in the dream things happened that i know could never ever happen in real life though..so its confusing...what do you think my dream means?
