Are you feeling guilty about someone you had sex with, this sounds like a punishment dream...ie, you did something you think is wrong and your dreams manifest all the possible scenarios for what might happend now that you were a bad girl. I don't like the cancer imagery at all, too many people believe in it and anytime people get this kind of stuff, I have to advise that you take it to your heart and see if you need to go see a doctor just in case it is a real message coming from your body.
The second part about your mother and aides, I would say relates very similarly to what I have already said. I don't know why your mind is using such negative illustrations to get through to you...not knowing you, I would swear that your guilt runs to level taught in the Catholic faith. The aides hints at guilt over sexual promiscuity as well. Play with those ideas a little bit and let me know how they fit.
